Roger OsborneRoger Osborne recevied his real estate license in 1972 and wasted no time in founding R. L. Osborne Realty in 1974 as the principal broker. Roger is currently a Licensed Prinicpal Broker in the State of Kentucky. Roger is a Licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Kentucky and Ohio. Rogers holds the highest appraiser license and is qualified for commerical, industrial and residential appraisals. Roger's appraisal expertise is well-recognized as he has been an expert witness in Federal, Circuit, and District courts in hundreds of cases.

Roger is also a member of the American Society of Appraisers. Roger has an Associated Degree from Ashland Business College and has completed course work at Morehead State University.
 
Sammie Lewis
Sammie-LewisSammie Lewis is a licensed Realtor in the state of Kentucky and has been with R. L. Osborn Realty since 1997. Sammie is well grounded in the community, having graduated from Paul G. Blazer High School and has been a resident of Greenup, KY for over 30 years.
 
Ralph Wellman

Ralph WellmanRalph Wellman is a Licensed Realtor in Kentucky. Ralph is a Certified Real Property Appraiser and is licensed in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia, including FHA approval. Ralph has 5 years of appraisal experience. Ralph is also a licensed Principal Auctioneer in Kentucky.

Ralph's expertise is recognized within the community as he currently services as the Vice-Chairmain of the Greenup County Joint Planning Commision. Ralph received an Associated Degree from Morehead State University.
 
Janet Johnson

Janet JohnsonJanet Johnson is a Licensed Realtor/Broker with over 30 years of experience in providing Real Estate services in Greenup County. In addition, Janet receive her Appraisal license in 1992. Janet has been with R. L. Osborne Realty & Appraisal company since 1976.

As a life long resident of Greenup County, Janet is well acquainted with the area. And with experience in both realty and appraisals, Janet has a complete understanding of house and property, whether your are buying or selling. Janet is a graduate of Wurtland High School.
